I am someone who’s never been a fan of the cookie-cutter life! After wrapping up my bachelor’s degree, I landed a corporate job at a big-shot MNC. But guess what? The corporate grind felt more like being stuck in traffic during Delhi’s rush hour—monotonous and draining. I knew I wasn’t cut out for the typical 9-to-5 slog, so I made myself a promise: chase the thrill, not the paycheck.

That’s when my love for travel kicked into high gear, leading me to pursue a master’s in Travel and Tourism. But wait, it gets better! While studying, I started leading tours in Delhi, and bam—it hit me like a chai wallah’s perfect brew. Tourists deserved more than just selfies at India Gate or a rushed visit to the Taj Mahal. Representing India meant diving into its soul, sharing its heartbeat.

I have a deep love for India’s rural corners—places where life is simple, traditions thrive, and the air carries a sense of timelessness. These villages are the heart and soul of India, full of vibrant stories and warm communities that have always inspired me. It saddened me to see how mainstream tourism overlooks this side of the country, so I poured my passion into creating The Lost Compass special tours.

These tours are my way of celebrating these hidden gems, preserving their beauty, and expressing my gratitude to the incredible people who make them so special.
