The Lost Cuisine is our way of bringing one such story back to the table. Travel into the countryside to discover the Khad and Junglee Maas , two traditional dishes prepared using age-old cooking methods, including a unique underground cooking technique.
But this experience goes beyond food. Spend time in the village, meet the warm-hearted locals, discover the craft of a traditional pottery-making community and experience the landscape through a local safari and horseback ride.
